A Celleneuve, Na Capa Tanta a trouvé une nouvelle expression : AKHFA 2027. Cette fiction inspirée d’anecdotes réelles, offrant à des habitants des rôles de comédiens ou d’interprètes de la bande sonore est une histoire inventée et écrite pour et par le quartier qui devient universelle.
Na Capa Tanta est un projet artistique de territoire généreux mené par l’équipe NCNC qui vise à créer un récit partagé, un nouveau type d’expérience entre artistes, acteurs d’un territoire et de nombreux habitants/voisins au cœur même de leur cité, de leurs espaces de vie. Une création réalisée in situ, sensible au territoire géographique, historique, architectural et humain. Explorant un fil sensible entre réalité et fiction, l’équipe NCNC nous embarque à la découverte d’un film expressif, imprévisible, spontané, itinérant, créé in situ, qui explore la force des fragilités inconnues d’une ville. Un road-movie d’un genre nouveau, une expérience pour se perdre, peuplée d’anecdotes des gens d’ici, de la ville rêvée, de métaphores mythologiques et poignantes…

Collectif NCNC
Le NCNC (Nuovo Cinema Neo Cinetico) est un collectif qui mène des actions artistiques dans l’espace public et avec ses habitants. Il mêle cinéma, photographie, arts plastiques, spectacle et restitue au cinéma son essence première : le mouvement.

Comment comprendre, toucher, enchanter le cœur d’un quartier ? Le NCNC a éprouvé sa méthode : un protocole, un scénario nouveau à chaque nouvelle aventure, une présence au quotidien dans le quartier, du temps, de la disponibilité, de l’écoute. L’Atelline suit le travail de NCNC depuis plusieurs années. L’envie d’explorer le quartier de Celleneuve et la qualité des partenaires locaux et l’implication des habitants ont permis à l’Atelline de pouvoir accueillir et accompagner un tournage de Na Capa Tanta.

Le projet a été soutenu dans le cadre du Contrat de Ville de Montpellier par la DRAC Languedoc-Roussillon, la Direction Départementale de la Cohésion Sociale – Acsé, par Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole et la Ville de Montpellier, par la CAF de l’Hérault ainsi que la Fondation Abbé Pierre, la Fondation de France et la Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. Le projet a également reçu le soutien technique du Conseil Départemental de l’Hérault.
